Zoho desk cloud call center CTI with Kookoo






Zoho desk is the latest product from the Zoho stable, proudly built in India.

Unless you have been living under a rock, Zoho desk is a customer support software and comes with all the advantages of being a Zoho product.

Once we knew Zoho had come out with a product, we knew we had to integrate with it immediately.

With this integration, you can now easily add a voice channel to your support desk. You now have click to call from the ticket page, screen pop with caller details and call controls from withing Zoho. So go ahead, give it a try and let us know how it is.
