Ozonetel Kookoo at Zendesk Relate Event

Zendesk is a pioneer in the ticketing system space. And as such, they set the standards for a conference on customer experience.

This year, since we launched our cloud call center solution in the US, we thought it would be a good idea to be at the premier events like Relate Live by Zendesk. So we went ahead and signed up for the event.

And we were not disappointed. It was an awesome event on all counts. It was a tech conference unlike any other. The focus was more on, whats the word...,empathy. We were moved by most of the talks.

Once we registered, we were assigned to the startup space along with other cool startups.
The crowd attending the event was also awesome. More than 1000 attendees from all the major startups and enterprises attended and thankfully many of them visited our stall. So we have a truckload of leads to follow up on this week :)

Zendesk has certainly built a very good ecosystem around its core product. This will hold it in good stead in the long run.

So all in all, a very well organized event. Small things like color coding the floor directions to talks, to the healthy food options(we had I think 8 different milk types to choose from), everything was taken care of.

So kudos to the Zendesk team. See you next year.
