2017 year in review

A happy new year to everyone! Generally we do our year end report in December. But this time it got delayed a little bit as we were busy with our US launch. No problem. As they say, better late than never :)

Keeping with our normal practice, I am just gonna let the numbers do the talking. There wont be any flashy infographic or something. Just plain numbers.

TL;DR We became a global company by expanding our footprint in Singapore, Malaysia and more importantly, USA. We expanded our reach into enterprises with multiple 1000 seater call centers adopting us.

So without further ado, our 2017:

  • 2 billion calls
  • 6 billion API hits
  • 50000 call center agents
  • 100 million people reached
  • 10 million hours of conversations on our platform
  • 2 million phone numbers
  • 3 new channels added. Chat, Email and Social media
  • 2 events sponsored
Some fun stuff:

  • Nonstop talking agent: K. Vinamrta (1500 hours)
  • Agent Busybody: P.Yashwanth (55,000 calls)
